Hair growth oil scrub

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons of Jojoba Oil

2 tablespoons of Brown Sugar

2 to 3 drops of Cypress essential oil

2 to 3 drops of Lavender essential oil

2 to 3 drops of Rosemary essential oil

2 to 3 drops of Cedarwood essential oil

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in small bowl, wet hair in shower, rinse out in styling products, take a big tablespoon and apply to scalp. Massage gently in scalp in circular motion. Leave in for 5 minutes, rinse well and then shampoo and condition hair as normal.

 

Ginger And Lemon Treatment

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon of squeezed ginger root

1 teaspoon of organic sesame oil

1 teaspoon of lemon juice

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in small bowl. Wet hair, apply mixture to scalp, let dry before shampooing and conditioning as normal.

*For best results at least do 3 times a week for best results.

 

Apple Cider Vinegar & Tea Tree Treatment

Ingredients:

3 to 5 cups of lukewarm water (Distilled)

3 tablespoons of organic unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar

2 to 3 tablespoons of Tea Tree essential oil

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in small bowl, wet hair in shower, pour all over hair, and avoiding the eyes. Massage in scalp in circular motion, leave in about 1 minute before rinsing. Shampoo and condition as normal.

4 Sugar Scrubs That Will Soften, Tighten And Lighten Your Face

Brown Sugar & Honey Face Scrub

Honey is filled with amino acids, it’s also antiviral and antifungal. It’s also a great moisturizer and helps keep the skin hydrated.

Ingredients: organic or raw honey, brown sugar, and whatever oil that suits you (Ex. Coconut, Argan, or Avocado).

Directions: Mix all ingredients in small bowl, apply small amount to clean face, massage gently in circular motion for about 30 seconds. Avoid eye contact, rinse off well and pat dry.

*Store in airtight jar at room temperature .

Simple Sugar Face Scrub

Sugar draws moisture into the skin and helps to keep hydrated skin when adding it to essential oils like lavender. It also helps regenerate skin cells to make your skin look younger and fresher.

Ingredients: Organic cane sugar, a couple drops water, and a couple drops of essential oil (ex. orange, lemon, and lavender).

Directions: Mix all ingredients in small bowl, gently massage in a circular motion on clean face, rinse skin with lukewarm water and pat dry.

*Store at room temperature in an airtight jar.

Lemon & Sugar Face Scrub

Lemon tightens pores, sugar removes dead skin cells, while Rosehip Seed oil helps with scarring and skin discoloration. Honey keeps the skin hydrated. This scrub is best for general dry skin.

Ingredients: 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon, 1/2 cup of organic cane sugar, 1 tablespoon of Rosehip Seed oil, and 1 tablespoon of organic or raw honey.

Directions: Mix all ingredients in small bowl, gently massage scrub onto face. Avoid eye contact. Rinse with cool water and pat dry.

*Store at room temperature in airtight jay. Use within 2-3 weeks.

Green Tea, Sugar, & Honey Face Scrub

Green Tea helps reduce wrinkles, fine lines, and blemishes. Sugar helps keep skin hydrated and honey helps with antibacterial and antiviral.

Ingredients: 2 tablespoons of Green Tea, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and 1 tablespoon of organic or raw honey.

Directions: Mix all ingredients in small bowl, massage gently in circular motion on clean face, while concentrating on dry spots, rinse with lukewarm water and pay dry.

*Store in airtight jay for 2-3 weeks.
